great location but basic amenities

The hotel's proximity to a Harley dealer helped us immensely during our motorcycle issues. The staff's friendliness made our unexpected stay more pleasant.

Amenities were quite standard and could use some upgrading.

I loved the refreshing pool after a long day on the road! The room was comfy and clean. Just wish the bathroom fan wasn't so noisy. 😊

The room was cozy and had air conditioning, a TV with cable, a nice desk, and free toiletries. The shower was decent, and there was a microwave and fridge, which was cool. The lobby was nicely decorated. The hotel is super close to restaurants and a gas station, so it was really convenient.

I gotta admit, the beds were comfy and we slept well , but the noise from the trucks was unbearable. Breakfast was still hot at 9 am, at least it was something.

While the room looked clean at first, cleaning supplies were left over from the last guest, which was a bit off-putting. Breakfast fell flat. it was supposed to be ready early, but I was met with uncertainty about its availability. Also, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. the toilet seat had dried spots, and the shower drain appeared neglected, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Florence! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. We loved the modern decor and especially appreciated the availability of a fridge and coffee pot in the room. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch with plenty of options for everyone.

The only downside was that the bathroom fan was a bit noisy.

We stayed in a King Suite, loved the refreshing pool and enjoyed the clean atmosphere. Very nice weekend.
