We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Florence! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. We loved the modern decor and especially appreciated the availability of a fridge and coffee pot in the room. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch with plenty of options for everyone.

The only downside was that the bathroom fan was a bit noisy.

Also, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. the toilet seat had dried spots, and the shower drain appeared neglected, which made for an uncomfortable experience.
